The Frossen Krig Strongman competition was held last Saturday at the McAdoo Fitness Center and participants had blast. Overall winner for the ladies, Jillian Cangealose, said that participants of the Frossen Krig competed in six different events which were all scored differently.

Jillian said, “The Frossen Krig was so fun and successful for the base. It had a great competitor turn out, and it was amazing to see all the good spirited competition that took place. Even though we were competing against each other, we were still yelling and cheering for each person to reach their full maximum potential in each event. We wanted to see everyone succeed at their own ability. It was an honor to be surrounded by and compete against a group of strong women. We all excelled and pushed ourselves to limits that some of us didn’t know we even had.”
