A1C Sophia McMahon has been a Food Service Apprentice for three months at the Dakota Inn Dining Facility, where she manages front of house operations for nearly 600 meals daily. When not in the front of facility preparing the World’s Greatest Omelets, she’s in the back working on the mainline entrées for the day and training several new Airmen on roles and responsibilities in the Dining Facility. She has been a tremendous force multiplier, installing key core values, and a positive environment any and everywhere she goes!
