My name is Megan Armenta, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. Originally from Texas, I began my career in a private practice setting, where I worked with both children and adults for three years.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Military & Family Life Counselor (MFLC) at the Minot AFB Child Development Center. In this role, I provide non-medical counseling support to children and their families, as well as collaborating closely with teachers and staff.
Working with children has always been my passion, and I am deeply committed to fostering their emotional well-being and supporting the caregivers who help shape their development every day.

My name is Odette Abbud Aguero, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Texas. I am excited to join the Minot community and to support our airmen and their families. I know the military lifestyle comes with unique challenges, and I am committed to providing encouragement, resources, and solution-focused support to help families thrive.
I began my career with Southwest Key Programs, supporting youth and families through counseling, advocacy, and crisis intervention. I then served with Endeavors, supporting the Customs and Border Protection workforce with integrated care that emphasized mental health, wellness, and family connection. I also had the privilege of working at the Veterans Affairs, where I supported veterans and their families in behavioral health. Currently, I serve as a Child and Youth MFLC, collaborating with Child Development Centers to promote healthy child development and family resilience.
I look forward to getting to know the Minot community and being a resource for our airmen and their loved ones.
