Koselig: The Cozy Shop is located at 219 Main St S. in downtown Minot.

November flew by and December appears to be doing the same. While I often hear people proclaiming that they are nearly finished with their shopping lists, there are also many that choose to wait to shop until closer to the day that jolly old St. Nick is ready to make his appearance.

Whether you are a planner or a last minute shopper, there always seems to be a few people that need to be added to lists or maybe someone who gave you a gift that you weren’t expecting and now you feel like returning the favor. What do you get for people on your last minute shopping list? No need to worry, I have some suggestions for you.

For the foodie in your life, a Pride of Dakota gift basket filled with coffee, bread mix, soup mix, jelly, and bbq sauce all made in the great state of North Dakota is just the ticket. We will even put one together for you in store and you will have a gift ready to give immediately.

For the popcorn lover, did you know there are many varieties of popcorn and each pops a little differently? Koselig has a huge variety of popcorn types and even has popcorn salts, seasonings, and oil all to make the perfect gift for the popcorn connoisseur.

How about the person who loves a spa day? From bath salts and soaps to eye masks and essentials, you can make their holiday special by putting together a spa day gift that they can use on a cozy day right at home.

While I know clothing can be difficult to buy for someone else, it is always a good gift especially if it is a fuzzy sweater, a chenille winter hat, a shacket, or even a piece of jewelry. A gift card can also be the way to go for the clothing lover who might want to pick out their own items.

For the person who has everything (including a million mason jars), you can buy interesting and unique mason jar accessories that fit the mason jars they already own. From silicone sleeves and lids to soap pumps and grater lids, you can find just about anything to outfit those mason jars.

One cool thing is that everything listed here can be found in one location at 219 Main St S. in downtown Minot.

As the owner of Koselig: The Cozy Shop, I would like to personally welcome you into our shop to browse for that one of a kind gift. With over 25 local consignors and 11 distinct booths, there is literally something for everyone. We are always willing to offer suggestions and put together the perfect gift for anyone on your list. There is also the added bonus of supporting local creators who specialize in handmade and unique items. Shopping local makes the gift more personal and will give you a story to tell when you hand that perfect gift over to the recipient.

Now get going! There aren’t too many days left until Christmas!
