
Chef Bo has been the Executive Chef for the Dakota Inn Dining Facility for over five years, where he aligns Food 2.0 concepts with mission requirements, and ensures that nothing but the best is offered to Team Minot from the Dining Facility. Additionally, he spearheads training for 41 Airman, tackling nearly 100 hours of training each month for members in upgrade training supporting not only the 5th Bomb Wing feeding mission, but also the 91st Missile Wing, where members work at the MAF’s as the sole chefs on site. Chef Bo’s dedication to serving Team Minot, can be seen on a daily basis from the food on the serving line, to the preparation in the back along side our 3F1 Airmen.
