Since its return to the base on March 23rd the food truck has been giving Airmen and families a go to spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Conveniently parked next to the Central Brew Coffee Kiosk, it’s an easy stop for lunch or an early dinner, open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Customers can choose from hearty platters to lighter sushi selections, ensuring there is something for every appetite. One standout item on the menu is the “Monkey Ball”, tempura fried rolls stuffed with salmon, cream cheese, and topped with a special sauce.
