FCC Provider of the Month – November

What do you enjoy most about being an FCC Provider?
What I enjoy most about being an FCC Provider is the opportunity to make a difference in children’s lives every day. I love creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and feel loved. It’s a blessing to be able to teach them kindness, patience, and compassion—values that reflect my faith in Jesus. Knowing that I can show His love through the care and attention I give each child makes this work truly rewarding.

What are your interests/hobbies?
Outside of my daycare, I love spending time with friends and my family (my 3 kiddos and husband) We love to Cook and have game nights. I also enjoy thrifting (when I have time) and all kinds of crafting! We love being outdoors when it’s possible!

What advice do you have for new providers/those interested in being FCC Providers?
My biggest piece of advice is to lead with patience, love, and prayer. This job can be challenging at times, but it’s also incredibly fulfilling. Remember that every child is unique and needs your grace and understanding. Trust in Jesus to guide you through the hard days and to give you strength and wisdom to serve each family with joy and compassion. When you center your work on love and faith, everything else falls into place.
