
The 91st Missile Wing proudly recognizes the 891st Missile Security Forces Squadron (MSFS) as March’s Squadron of the Month for their outstanding performance, mission success, and unwavering dedication.
Throughout the month, the 891 successfully completed 346 alarm responses, 450 antiterrorism measures in support of 14 days of maintenance and missile field operations. This example of premier command and control ensured 100% mission integrity across the 8.5K square mile missile complex.
In addition, the 891 MSFS sent members to 10 unique TDY’s, equipping the squadron with advanced weapons techniques and enhanced communication strategies. Boosting overall readiness for the 91st Missile Wing’s high-stake mission in support of the nuclear enterprise.

Their teamwork has extended beyond the missile field. Throughout the month they have supported the Souris Valley Animal Shelter, Bel Air Elementary and the Valentines Gala. Culminating in over 100 hours of volunteer community service.
The Shadow Warriors braved bone chilling temperatures, crushing the Cold Weather Defender Course. Learning valuable skills to thrive in Minot’s unyielding winter weather. Ultimately, completing a first of its kind 3-day field training exercise.

Through their tactical expertise and mission support, the 891st Missile Security Forces Squadron has proven why they are truly deserving of this honor. “Hell Yeah!”
