On November 22, wrestlers in grades 7 – 12 from across North Dakota came to Magic City Campus for the season’s first tournament. With four mats laid out for boys and girls, the matches were filled with shots, throws, and pins.

The Minot United Girls Wrestling Team performed exceptionally well. Last year, the team won the individual state championships, with Maycee Boyce becoming the state champion in the 155-pound class.

As a dual team, they finished second. Starting off the season strong at the Minot Early Bird Tournament demonstrates their commitment and intensity, showing that Minot’s girls are ready for another competitive season.
