FCC Provider of the Month – June

Starr Frei

What do you enjoy most about being an FCC Provider?
After 5 years of being an FCC provider, my favorite two things have always been the same: First and foremost, the long term relationships I gain from my families, I’ve met so many incredible people along the way. Second, the freedom it provides, both financially and with the people I get to spend my time with.

What are your interests/hobbies?
I don’t believe in hobbies, only goals! I am in school full time to finish up a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management, with a goal to work on a masters next in Executive Coaching. And I spend any extra time I have renovating properties, with goals to learn new trade skills and earn more value on our investments.

What advice do you have for new providers/those interested in being FCC Providers?
Always be working on yourself and find your own individual ways to improve. Be original and genuine, do your own ideas. The advice and ideas you get from others can be good, but it’s often difficult to execute it in the same way which will yield a different result and keep you frustrated. Seek validation from yourself and no one else, as only you can be the one to truly give it. The input you put into your business is the outcome you’ll receive. If you’re unhappy with how things are going, analyze, look at what you need to improve, and then strive for 1 percent better and do it every single day.
