Cheyenne Butler
When my husband and I decided to start a family I was met with the demand of childcare. I decided to look into FCC and hit the ground running with all the necessary certification and qualifications. In the beginning it was trial and error month by month but eventually led to relationships with families that I will forever cherish.
I care for children full time, I learned their needs in and out of my care which was a huge part of the job. This became a huge part of my life when I led it with love and understanding of the job. I made sure to communicate every accomplishment, concern and milestones with families. I offered full and part time, drop In, and Extended Duty Care.
There were times where I felt defeated, but it was the support of family, coordinators, and fellow providers that gave me the courage to continue. I am forever grateful for the families that let me build a relationship, not only with the child, but with the family as a whole. I am excited to continue this career and help Team Minot with support for childcare.
