Magic City Discovery Center Reopens with Fall Fun Day Festivities

MINOT, N.D. – The Magic City Discovery Center will reopen from its annual closure on September 20th kicking off with a Fall Fun Day activity STEAM fair from 10am to 1pm. Staff educators will have 5 tables set up with each table providing a learning activity touching on the educational elements of STEAM (science, technology, education, art and math).

Spark your curiosity in earth’s natural elements using microscopes, test your engineering skills by using popsicles to hold a pumpkin, paint a leaf using a shaving cream painting technique, and much more!

STEAM activities will be set up on the 3rd floor of the discovery center with popcorn and hot cocoa provided. Weather permitting, take in the views of the Magic City from the rooftop area and come enjoy the day with us here at the discovery center.
Reminder that the Magic City Discovery Center will have new hours going into effect.

NEW HOURS:
MONDAY 9am – 4pm
TUESDAY CLOSED
WEDNESDAY 9am – 4pm
THURSDAY 10am – 6pm
FRIDAY 10am – 6pm
SATURDAY 10am – 6pm
SUNDAY 10am – 6pm
