MPF/DEERS New Appointment System and Updated Hours Effective 1 June 2024

The Military Personnel Flight (MPF) has exciting news to share – like our Finance partners, we are launching Qtrac to better service you!
Effective 1 June 2024, appointments will be booked through Qtrac via the attached QR code, and Setmore will be phased out.
We will no longer be appointment only! The flyer lists new Walk-in and Appt Hours for the MPF. DEERS will maintain the same hours.
During the transition, MPF will accept Walk-ins for May, and DEERS will remain appt only through Setmore.
May Transition Hours
MPF Walk-Ins: 0800-1600 Mon-Tue/Thu-Fri, 0800-1200 Wed (1200-1630 Closed for Training)

DEERS Appt Only: 0800-1600 Mon/Wed-Fri, 0800-1500 Tue

  • Customers may walk-in for CAC Unblocks, Damaged CACs, Retirement/Separation and Award/Decs questions
