There is always room for improvement and your MAFB housing partners are ready to hear resident feedback! Residents have a number of options to ensure their voice is heard. Following each work order, residents will be sent a text requesting satisfaction feedback. This survey is open for the first four days after a maintenance technician has finished work. If residents are unhappy with work provided or customer service or feel that additional work is needed the survey, called “Key2Text”, will provide immediate feedback to the maintenance team who can address those concerns.

In addition, Key2Text work order surveys are reviewed by the local Military Housing Office who will also follow up on any concerning responses and elevate those concerns through the chain of command as appropriate. If you are not receiving these text surveys contact the Leasing Office to verify your phone number or reset your account.

There is also an annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey that is sent via email to residents. The 2024 Tenant Satisfaction Survey is slated for release in the Spring of next year. This survey is reviewed by the local teams, analyzed by the Air Force whereby action plans are developed to address concerns.

The Minot AFB Resident Council also seeks input. Residents can anonymously submit questions, concerns, and inquires to: https://tinyurl.com/mafbinput and attend the monthly council meetings. All input is reviewed and included in the monthly Resident Council meeting.

Upcoming council meetings are scheduled for Friday, 3 November and Friday, 7 December at 1200 at the 5BW and streamed on Facebook.

Finally, residents can always reach out to any of the housing partners directly. Your first point of contact should be Minot AFB Homes at 701-727-0007 for general questions or concerns or 701-727-9312 for maintenance questions.

Next, the Military Housing Office is also available to support if housing issues arise, 701-723-4661 or email 5ces.ceih@us.af.mil. And finally, the Resident Advocate will address housing disputes for privatized housing residents, 701-818-7075.
