The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program and the United States Air Force proudly joined forces to launch the first official Northwest North Dakota Toys for Tots event of the year—and what an incredible start it was!
We had around 45-50 military, veterans and volunteers that came out to help support us. Special thank you to our local U.S. Marine Corps Recruiter Sgt Marcus Schrimshaw came through and helped. Don’t worry those other recruiters that missed out will each be getting their very own sets of crayons delivered to them personally.
Six outstanding nonprofit organizations came together for a day of friendly competition, teamwork, and community spirit. Participants competed in a series of fun and challenging games for the opportunity to take part in the exciting Dash for Cash, earning additional funding to support their organization’s mission.
The day was filled with laughter, determination, and unforgettable moments. More importantly, it showcased what can be accomplished when organizations unite with a common purpose: serving our communities and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
